Back Pain Treatment in Grantville, Georgia for Movement Limits

Back pain treatment focuses on the reason movement hurts or feels restricted. It may fit people with back strain, sciatica, disc-related pain, accident injuries, or long-term discomfort.

The key choice is whether your symptoms call for focused rehabilitation, hands-on care, or another type of medical assessment. We review your health history and perform a patient evaluation before setting the next step.

This page serves Grantville readers who want care for a specific back problem, not a general description of chiropractic services. Our team can also assess neck pain, whiplash, headaches, joint conditions, and soft-tissue injuries when they affect the same recovery plan.

  • Bring a list of current symptoms, past injuries, and activities that worsen your back pain.
  • Tell us about any accident, workplace injury, sports injury, or slip-and-fall event.
  • Ask how therapeutic exercise, spinal mobilization, and home movement work fit your care plan.

How we provide back pain care

1

Complete the new patient intake

We review your health history, current symptoms, prior injuries, medications, and activities that affect your back.

2

Check movement and related symptoms

The exam looks at motion, tenderness, strength, and symptom patterns. X-rays may be considered when clinically indicated.

3

Explain the report of findings

We discuss what the evaluation shows and whether chiropractic and rehabilitation care fit your situation.

4

Apply the selected methods

Care may include spinal mobilization, diversified adjustments, Cox flexion-distraction, manual therapy, TENS therapy, or traction.

5

What you get from focused back pain care

A decision based on your exam

Your health history and movement findings guide the care plan. Back pain treatment is the wrong fit for symptoms that need urgent medical assessment, such as severe weakness or loss of bladder control.

Methods matched to the complaint

We may use diversified adjustments, the Activator Method, Cox flexion-distraction, TENS therapy, or soft-tissue work when those methods suit your findings.

Rehabilitation beyond the table

Our plan can include therapeutic exercise, traction, kinesio taping, and simple movement work that supports function between visits.

I was having bad neck and back pain from a car accident. I was recommended to visit this location. Chantal and Maria are very friendly and welcoming. They made the onboarding process so easy. Dr. Bostic was very helpful to my healing journey. He explained everything well, and made me feel confident about my recovery. I just finished my journey. Dr. Bostic, Chantal, and Maria were able to completely eliminate pain from my neck and back. I highly recommend this place. I’ll miss seeing this staff, every week. They’re all amazing people!

I would have to give this location 5 stars as I was sent here on the google reviews alone. I am here due to a car accident I was recently in. Starting treatment was simple and every member of their staff treats you with care and listens to your needs. I have gone to a previous facility for a car injury and I didn’t finish treatment because I didn’t feel comfortable with how they treated me during my care of how much worse I felt I was feeling. I was sent here on a google lead and I would have to say the 5 stars is WELL deserved. Go to the staff and say Jordan Jackson sent you and they will get you set!

Questions about back pain care

What options are available for back pain treatment?

Therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, spinal mobilization, and heat therapy are available options for back pain care. We may also use:
  • Cox flexion-distraction or spinal decompression for selected disc-related symptoms.
  • Diversified adjustments or the Activator Method for joint movement.
  • TENS therapy, traction, or kinesio taping for symptom support.

The exam decides which options fit your condition.

Who is a good fit for back pain care, and who needs another service?

People with back pain, sciatica, mobility limits, or accident-related symptoms may fit this care. Severe weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, saddle numbness, or signs of a serious medical problem need urgent medical assessment. Our team reviews your symptoms first and can help determine whether chiropractic rehabilitation is suitable.

What happens at each stage of a first visit?

A first visit includes intake, a health history, an exam, and a discussion of findings. The main stages are:
  1. We record symptoms, injuries, and relevant health details.
  2. We check movement and related physical findings.
  3. We explain the report of findings.
  4. We discuss a personalized treatment plan.

X-rays are considered only when clinically indicated.

What does the team look at first during back pain care?

The first review looks at your symptoms, health history, movement, and warning signs. We ask what started the pain and what makes it worse. The exam may also check strength, tenderness, and symptoms that travel into the hip or leg. These findings guide the next step and help identify when another medical service is needed.

How does spinal decompression differ from an adjustment?

Spinal decompression and adjustments use different methods, so the exam guides the choice. Decompression uses a table-based approach for selected symptoms, while an adjustment applies a specific force to help improve joint motion. Neither option fits every condition. We explain the reason for a recommendation during the report of findings.

Which back pain concerns should I mention before care?

Tell us about numbness, weakness, leg symptoms, recent accidents, prior surgery, and current medicines before care. These details affect the safety and fit of treatment. Bring relevant medical records when available. Severe or fast-changing symptoms need urgent medical assessment before a routine chiropractic visit.

Why might back pain return after it improves?

Back pain may return when movement limits, soft-tissue strain, work demands, or an underlying condition remain active. A progress re-examination can show whether the plan needs to change. Our team may discuss movement practice or a wellness maintenance plan when ongoing support fits the patient’s needs. Individual response differs.
